If you would like to return an item purchased through our chuckbags.com please contact support@chuckbags.com

Shipping costs for returns if you change your mind are borne by the customer.

Please note that in accordance with our terms and conditions, chuckbags.com does not accept refunds due to change of mind on clearance items or sale items that are discounted by 30% or more. Clearance and sale items may be returned to chuckbags.com for exchange, subject to our terms and conditions.

Items purchased during the 20% off sale are not considered sale items and are eligible for a change of mind refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Any items received by chuckbags.com that do not meet our return conditions will be returned to the sender.

It is your responsibility until the goods arrive at our offices, so please ensure that the goods are packed securely or use the postal service to insure the value of the items you are sending. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to return it to you.

Your return may take up to 14 business days to arrive at our office, undergo quality inspection, and process your refund. You will receive an email notification once your item has been received and refunded (please allow 1-5 days for the refund to appear in your account).
